Customer.io

This platform allows to unify one's customers data management, create personalized messages, and design emails in a single interface. We use this platform when sending letters to users by segments. The platform collects the following data:

  • id

  • first_name

  • last_name

  • date_birth

  • email

  • phone

  • registration ip

  • country

  • currency

  • balance

  • email_confirm.

Affilka

Affilka is an affiliate program we use to attract users to the site. Our affiliates earn a commission for the online promotion of our gambling services. The program collects the following types of users' data:

User:

  • tag

  • email

  • user identifier

  • date of birth

  • first name

  • last name

  • nickname

  • gender

  • language

  • sign up at

  • duplicate

  • self excluded

  • disabled

  • verified

  • country.

Transactions:

  • date from

  • date to

  • tag

  • user identifier

  • currency

  • wins sum in cents

  • bets sum in cents

  • rounds count

  • casino bets count

  • cashouts sum in cents

  • cashouts count

  • deposits

  • deposits sum in cents

SMTP-services

We mostly use these services to send messages (various types of content) to the user's email specified upon registration.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics (GA) is a service from Google that allows you to track and analyze traffic on a website.

Google Analytics collects various data about website visitors, which can be divided into several categories:

  • Device and browser data

  • Location data

  • Session data

  • Conversion data

  • Demographic data.

Google Analytics collects data for several reasons:

  • To provide information about site performance

  • To improve the product

  • To personalize the experience of interacting with the site.

Google Analytics uses the collected data as follows:

  • Provides reports

  • Personalizes the collected data.

There is an option to enable/disable the collection of granular location-and-device data on a per- region basis. These data are collected by default. If you disable this option, Analytics does not collect the following data:

  • City

  • Latitude (of city)

  • Longitude (of city)

  • Browser minor version

  • Browser User-Agent string

  • Device brand

  • Device model

  • Device name

  • Operating system minor version

  • Platform minor version

  • Screen resolution.
